Salvation
" For God so loved the World that He gave His Only Begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have Everlasting life."
-Jn.3:16
Choosing to accept the gift, Christ, is the best decision one could ever make. He is the only gift that gives life and brings peace. Think of this for a moment....; if someone you loved bought you a gift, came home and offered it to you, how much convincing would be needed before you would accept it from them? Not much huh?
Now, let's take the same scenario and change the gift to the message of Christ ! The same loved one comes home and grabs your hand and shares the Great message of life with you. How would you respond? Why do you think it is harder for some to accept this gift? Hmm?
Remember, it is a life altering decision; could this be the reason? Are you thinking you may have to do everything right at the point of this decision(that you may not be able to do)? Or is it that you are naturally wired from birth to refuse this gift?
There are many reasons why people are nervous whenever this gift is presented. The number one reason,however, is that we are born into the world in a sinful state. Number two is that many lack understanding and are not taught what the whole salvation experience is about. How about YOU? Will you accept the Gift Now? Would you like to be become a Christian? God is here right now and are ready to receive you? If you desire to be saved, Repeat after me:
Prayer of Salvation
" Dear God I recognize that I am a sinner and are in need of salvation."
" I am asking that you save my soul and cleanse me from all sin and unrighteousness."
" In obedience to your word, I now accept Jesus into my heart and what He did on the Cross to purchase my penalty for sin, my redemption. I confess with my mouth and believe in my heart that God has raised him from the dead."
" You said that whoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved (Rom 10:9-13)"
" I have called upon your name today and believe right now that I am saved!
IF YOU HAVE SINCERELY PRAYED THIS PRAYER, YOU ARE SAVED AND NO ONE CAN TAKE IT AWAY FROM you! YOUR NAME IS NOW WRITTEN IN THE LAMB'S BOOK OF LIFE.CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!

However, you must know that being saved does not mean that you will not have struggles and weak moments, but what it does mean is that you now have the overcomer within you. In order to enjoy a life of triumphs, you must believe what God says to you about who He is. (Read Hebrews 11:6)
